These conditions of sale govern to all purchases made on the site www.pictolife.net they aim to define the contractual relationship between the publisher PICTOLIFE and any person making a purchase on the publisher’s commercial site.
Only PICTOLIFE’s guides are on sale in the shop on the website of the publisher. Their characteristics are described in the shop, their prices are defined there and the delivery times are indicated during the validation of the purchase according to the mode of delivery chosen.
The payment of purchases is made only by PayPal.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, (law n ° 2014-344 relating to the consumption of March 17, 2014), the purchaser has a delay of 14 days as from the reception of his order to exercise his right of retraction.
